On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How to order:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size if applicable (if not, skip to Step 2).
2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to the cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you via a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Bulgari.com accepts the following U.S. issued credit and debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, JCB®, UnionPay ® and Klarna ®. Additional payment methods (ex: bank transfer) can be made available by contacting our Customer Care center. These payment methods differ by country/region and must be checked with local teams.
We also accept international MasterCard®, and Visa® cards registered with 3DSecure and payments through PayPal® and Apple Pay®.
We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, store credit, or gift certificates for Bulgari.com orders.
Klarna is a new, safe and simple way to pay for your Bulgari online order. Shop today and split your purchase into four equal, interest-free installments. With zero interest and no fees, your automatic payments are taken every 2 weeks.
1. Add the creations you love to your basket.
2. Choose Klarna at checkout, and your purchase will be split into four equal payments. Klarna will securely process your payment information, and all transactions will take place via secured connections with the latest industry standard security protocols. Note that there is a maximum spend of $4,000 in order to use 4 interest-free payment with Klarna.
3. Confirm your online order. You will then be asked to pay the first of the four installments when your order is confirmed.
The remaining three payments will be taken every two weeks. Klarna will send you an email reminder two days before each installment is collected.

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The total amount of your order will be charged to the payment method you provided once your order is processed.
All Bulgari.com orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature Bulgari card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased pieces.
This option will be available to you during checkout.

The pre-order function allows you to secure a new or limited edition piece before it is released. These items are not immediately in stock, and shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Pre-order items can be easily recognized by the "pre-order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order. Bank transfers, Bill Me Later, Klarna, Afterpay, or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order pieces in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.
The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Bulgari Ambassadors. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchange according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be partially modified or canceled by contacting one of our Bulgari Ambassadors.
Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or canceled. However, you can return or exchange your order online (except for fragrances and personalized orders).

Bulgari is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Bulgari may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact a Bulgari Ambassador if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.
It is not possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery.
All Bulgari creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. Box design might vary depending on the size of creation. Fragrance Gift Sets may come in a Bulgari Gift Bag in lieu of a box.

Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned in brand new, unused and unworn condition, with all relevant tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Fragrance and personalized items are not eligible for return.

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below.
First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt, warranty or authenticity card as well as the original packaging.
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
For orders with a value under $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please follow the steps below:
1. Visit this page or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to register your return, and print your complimentary return shipping label*.
2. Place the Bulgari piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, the warranty or authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
3. Deliver the package to the nearest UPS location.
For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please contact our Bulgari Ambassadorss to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your returned package with our logistics partner.
If you choose to return your order on your own, we recommend shipping the returned items via insured parcel post and suggest that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the Bulgari piece.
*Bulgari will provide you with a complimentary return label as a courtesy, yet we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
You may return your Bulgari piece purchased online for an exchange or a refund provided the Bulgari piece is received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may also return or exchange your piece in any of our Bulgari Boutiques in the U.S. for an item(s) of equal or greater value within the same 30 day period.

The difference in price will be paid in store. Gift recipients are entitled to a return of equal or greater value as well. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online.
A Bulgari creation purchased online may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant is available and is of equal retail price.
Please complete the online return form or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to submit your exchange request.
Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the creation you would like to exchange following the regular return process. Your replacement creation will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2 to 3 business days after your returned creation has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate email with the new order information and tracking number for the exchanged creation. Your new creation will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order using our complimentary express shipping.
A Bulgari piece that you purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant is available.

You may exchange your online purchase at any of our retail stores in the continental U.S. (except for Hawaii) but only for an exchange of equal or greater value. Bulgari boutiques do NOT offer refunds on any products purchased online. International exchanges or products purchased while at sea are not accepted.
