What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order from the Boutique?
If you collect the order yourself please bring: A Government Issued ID Original Method of Payment Confirmation Email Your order will be available at your chosen Bvlgari boutique for 14 days. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, the creation(s) will be sent back to our warehouse in New York and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (exclusions apply for personalized and/or engraved creations).
