CODE OF CONDUCT - EX LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001
The Code of Conduct ex Legislative Decree 231/2001 is an essential element of the organisational, management and control programme implemented by all Italian Bulgari companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced a regime of administrative liability of legal entities in addition to the civil and criminal responsibility of any natural person committing an offence. The aim of the Code is to confirm to all addressees the commitment of all Italian Bulgari companies to carry out their activities in such a manner as not to commit any of the offences set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001.
