Watch digital warranty
Manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards of the Swiss watchmaking industry, all Bvlgari timepieces come with an international warranty card, valid for five years from the date of purchase*.
During the warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge in case of manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear of the watch, its accessories, events of loss, theft, misuse or negligence as well as indirect or consequential damage arising from malfunctioning, defects or lack of precision of the watch are not covered by the warranty.
Exclusively applying to products purchased from the official Bvlgari sales network, at Bvlgari boutiques or from Bvlgari’s authorised retailers, the warranty will be activated during your purchase and it will be honoured everywhere in the world.
By scanning the QR code or by using the NFC function of your international warranty and authentication card, you can access the specific warranty conditions of your timepiece as well as its user manual and care recommendations.
For any maintenance or repair, bring your Bvlgari watch with its warranty card to one of our stores or authorised dealers.
