How to order:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size (if applicable; if not, skip to Step 2).
2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

Bulgari.com accepts the following United Kingdom-issued credit cards, debit cards and payment methods: PayPal®, Apple Pay®, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, UnionPay® and Klarna®. International cards are accepted on Bulgari.com. Bank transfers up to £10,000 are accepted via our Concierge Service. We do not accept cheques, money orders, store credit or gift certificates for Bulgari.com orders.
Klarna is a new, safe and simple way to pay for your Bulgari online orders. Shop today and split your purchase into three equal, interest-free instalments. With zero interest and no fees, your automatic payments are fulfilled once every 30 days.
1. Add the creations you love to your basket.
2. Choose Klarna at checkout, and your purchase will be split into three equal payments. Klarna will securely process your payment information, and all transactions take place via secure connections with the latest industry standard security protocols. Note that there is a maximum spend of £3,700 when paying in 3 instalments using Klarna Pay.
3. Confirm your online order. You will then be asked to pay the first of the three instalments when your order is confirmed. The remaining two payments will be completed after 30 and 60 days, respectively. Klarna will send you an email reminder two days before each instalment is collected.
When a product is out of stock, you will have the option to be notified when it is back in stock. Just click "Notify Me" on the product page and enter your email.

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is not charged at this time: the actual payment occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Bulgari.com guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your credit card statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order and which will be released; the second confirms the actual charge.
The amount paid may be lower if one or more items are not available at the time the order is dispatched. The charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.
All Bulgari creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. A true design masterpiece for uniquely extraordinary pieces.
All Bulgari.com orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature Bulgari card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased items. This option will be available to you during checkout.
It is possible to choose a specific date and hour by selecting concierge scheduled delivery option at checkout. It is available only for order shipped in selected London Areas.
It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that belongs to one of our new or limited edition collections that has not yet been released. This means that the item can be previewed and purchased, even if it is not yet available in stock. Shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Items that are available for pre-order can easily be recognised by their "Pre-order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order. No bank transfer, Bill Me Later, Klarna, Afterpay or cash on delivery will be accepted.

The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Customer Service team. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchanged according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- Concierge Scheduled Delivery Service in London (Zones 1-6). A dedicated concierge will deliver your Bvlgari creation during your preferred, pre-selected one-hour timeslot. Our Concierge Delivery Service is available seven days a week via TOSHI and is complimentary on orders above 500£. For orders below 500£ it costs 18£. The service is available for orders below £25000. Speak with our Digital Client Advisors to arrange concierge delivery on your next Bvlgari purchase.
Standard delivery - Shipping is complimentary for all orders.

Bulgari is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Bulgari may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Returns & Exchanges
Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be partially modified or cancelled by contacting our Customer Service team.
Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled. However, you can return or exchange your order online (except for fragrances and personalised orders).

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below.
First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will not be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging

Our customer service will arrange a transporter to collect the parcel or deliver the package to our New Bond Street store in London.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
To ensure social distancing, we will be limiting the total number of guests in each boutique. Inside our boutiques, please practice social distancing and remain at least two metres (two arms lengths) from other people.
PROTECTING EVERYONE
Our advisors will be wearing facemasks, gloves and additional protective equipment when applicable. Clients will be required to wear protective face coverings to enter a boutique, and we will be happy to provide disposable face coverings upon request. Hand sanitiser will also be available throughout our stores, and we encourage our guests to use it upon entering our boutiques.

We continue to offer complimentary delivery for all online orders. Note that it may take longer than usual for your order to be delivered as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution centres.
