How can I return my order online?

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below. First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions: 

- If your Bvlgari piece has a security tag, it will not be returnable if the tag has been removed. 
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging 
- Personalised products cannot be returned Visit this page to register your return or exchange. 

Afterwards, the Client Service will send you the complimentary return shipping label by email. Place the Bvlgari piece you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging and close it securely. Place it in a shipping box with the completed return form, warranty or authenticity card and receipt. Please ensure the box is properly closed before attaching the shipping label. Our customer service will arrange a transporter to collect the parcel or deliver the package to our New Bond Street store in London.
