What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order from the Boutique?
If you collect your order yourself: Government issued ID Original method of payment Confirmation email Your order will be available at your chosen Bvlgari boutique for 14 days. If your order is not collected within this time frame, your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalised and or engraved pieces) and the item(s) will be sent back to our warehouse.
