Order return & exchange
Items must be returned in brand new, unused and unworn condition, with all relevant tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Fragrance and personalized items are not eligible for return.
When returning or exchanging your piece, please ensure that the security tag has not been removed if your Bvlgari piece was sent with one. Your piece must be in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
