Our qualified watchmakers will ensure that your Bvlgari watch works perfectly while paying particular attention to its water resistance and movement operations.

• Recommended frequency: Every 2-3 years
• Service includes*:

- Movement check;

- Replacement of all gaskets when applicable (seals ensuring water resistance);

- Battery replacement (quartz watches);

- Timing rate check and adjustment (mechanical watches);

- Ultrasonic case and metal bracelet cleaning;

- Water-resistance test** when applicable (air and water tests);

- Complete 48-hour test.

Bvlgari delivers a 12-month international repair warranty on the work performed and the spare parts changed. Normal wear and tear of the watch and its accessories are not covered by this warranty, nor are events of loss, theft, misuse or negligence.

- Movement overhaul;

- Replacement of all gaskets when applicable (seals ensuring water resistance);

- Replacement of second and counter hands;

- Replacement of hour-minute hands only when necessary;

- Battery replacement (quartz watches);

- Case polishing and/or ultrasonic cleaning;

- Metal bracelet checking, polishing and/or ultrasonic cleaning;

- Water-resistance test** when applicable (air and water tests);

- Complete 48-hour test.

This service is available to restore your watch’s original shine. All external parts of the watch, including the watch case, bracelet, crowns, pushers and clasp are polished separately to ensure restoration. Each polish eliminates a fine layer of metal on the watch. Depending on the wear of the watch, the maximum number of successive polishes can differ. However, it is not recommended to exceed seven polishes throughout the life span of the watch. This service can only be performed in conjunction with a Basic or Complete Service. Polishing is a complimentary service within the Complete Service.

The complimentary service includes:
- adjustment of the bracelet length by adding or removing bracelet links
- metal bracelet, leather or rubber strap change
- punching of additional holes when possible
- clasp change
- clasp tightening.
Additional parts or repairs will be charged separately.

You can personalize your watch by changing your leather strap. A comprehensive assortment is available in any of our Bvlgari Stores . It includes a variety of colors, leathers and fabrics. Bvlgari straps are characterized by high-end construction details such as specific inserts, a variety of strap ends and padding. Bvlgari only selects the highest quality materials and the most prestigious leathers for its straps and relies on highly qualified craftsmanship.
