Goldsmithing and Gemsetting Training Course
The first Bvlgari school entirely dedicated to jewelry and open to all has been opened in Valenza inside the Bvlgari Manifattura. A center of educational excellence, developed in collaboration with TADS (Tarì Design School), which offers professional courses in goldsmithing and gem-setting with microscopes. Students will acquire practical and theoretical skills in line with European standards, taught by master goldsmiths and qualified professionals in a state-of-the-art environment.
The Goldsmithing Course
The Goldsmithing course is designed to train highly skilled craftsmen in the working of precious metals, providing comprehensive training in goldsmithing techniques. The students will learn and perfect fundamental skills such as bending, milling, soldering, laser cutting, fretwork, making clasps and bezels, sizing rings and bracelets, wax modeling, finishing and polishing jewelry, and even lost-wax casting.
The Setting Course
Il corso di Incastonatura di pietre preziose forma professionisti in grado di montare gemme con precisione e maestria, unendo tecniche tradizionali e strumenti all’avanguardia. Gli studenti apprenderanno le principali tecniche di incastonatura, tra cui pavé, bordo lucido, incastri battuti, riviera, sgriffata e griffe. Oltre alla pratica in laboratorio, il percorso include una formazione teorica specifica sulle pietre preziose e le loro caratteristiche.
Entry Requirements
To enter the courses, you must have a high school diploma, an aptitude for manual activities and a strong passion for the world of jewelry. The courses are also open to those approaching this field for the first time.
