In keeping with this legacy, the Monete Catene High Jewellery secret watch in 18 kt yellow gold features a silver coin bearing the effigy of Emperor Caracalla, who ruled from 198 to 217 AD. Powered by the Piccolissimo in-house micro movement, the timepiece combines an octagonal diamond-set case with a supple bracelet made of two gold chains embracing the wrist, while a full pavé diamond dial is hidden under the cover.
