Bags and Accessories

Your Bvlgari bags and accessories are made with the finest materials and require daily care. Please refer to the following care recommendations to ensure the impeccable condition and extended lifetime of your Bulgari bags and accessories.

• Avoid over-filling your Bulgari bags or wallets to ensure they maintain their original shapes. This will also prevent damage to the shoulder strap, fasteners and clasps. When not in use, your Bulgari bags and accessories should be filled with white tissue paper and stored in their original dust bags. Chains or special handles should be folded inside to avoid marks on the delicate skin.
• To protect the surface of your leather goods, avoid contact with rough or abrasive materials and keep your leather goods away from chemicals, greasy substances, make-up products or Fragrances.
• Make sure to protect your leather goods from water, humidity and extreme temperatures. Should they get wet, immediately absorb any moisture by patting (do not wipe) using a soft dry cloth.
• In the event of a stain, try to clean and dry immediately by patting gently with a soft dry white cloth. Do not apply harsh liquids like alcohol, solvents or stain removers onto the leather or textile surfaces. If the stain persists, please contact one of our Bulgari Boutiques for further assistance.
• Avoid extended exposure to sunlight or artificial light, as the color of your leather goods may fade. White leather goods are extremely sensitive to light, and the leather may turn yellow if exposed for an extended period of time.
• Patent leather should not be in contact with PVC-coated surfaces as the color may transfer onto your leather piece.
• Bulgari embroideries are made with semi-precious natural stones; avoid contact with harsh liquids or solvents.

Eyewear

• To protect your Bulgari eyewear from scratches, do not place them on any surface with the lens facing down. When not wearing your eyewear, store it in its case in order to avoid impact or damage to the lenses and frame.
• Keep your eyewear away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes as high heat may damage the surfaces, gluing or frame.
• To clean your Bulgari eyewear, use the special cleaning cloth found within the case. Avoid using abrasive cleaning solutions.

Silk Accessories

All Bulgari silk pieces are made with 100% silk. They are printed in Italy and sewn by hand.

• Avoid water (especially rain drops) and avoid spraying your textile with Fragrance or deodorant.
• Dry clean only and iron on the reverse side at low temperature. Do not bleach your silk accessories.
• Do not expose them to direct sunlight for an extended period of time.

Silver pieces

All Bulgari pieces are made by first-class craftsmen using precious material. Silver bracelets are made in 925 silver (protected by a layer of rhodium) and some pieces feature brightly colored enamel.

• Protect the surface of your piece from abrasion or scratching as the silver can oxidize and darken.
• Avoid contact with Fragrance, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia and chlorine, and keep your pieces away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes. Avoid contact with water. It is not recommended to wear your silver accessories while bathing or swimming in a pool or sea water.
• We recommend storing your silver accessories in their original box, away from humidity.
