I joined Bulgari at the end of 2005, starting as International Pricing Manager. After three years, I moved to the Sales Planning department, and then I became a Business Control Manager. Working with Commercial and the Brand & Communication teams has given me the opportunity to be constantly involved in business development projects and performance analysis, while gaining a deep understanding of the business. The most important aspect of my work is creating value, meaning garnering a strong commitment from Bulgari employees, to increase the value of the brand through their different roles.
