MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
Marketing and Merchandising professionals work as a bridge to join the Design and Craftsmanship department and the market itself, striving to create the best possible match between longstanding tradition and Bvlgari’s contemporary style. Our international and multicultural sales team is the human link between Bvlgari and our clientele. Since 1884, sales advisors have been the true ambassadors of the brand, welcoming those that enter our stores and introducing them to Bvlgari, to its products and rich heritage. Communication professionals support and propagate Bvlgari's renown around the world. They develop attractive advertising campaigns; they launch Bvlgari's latest collections in beautiful city locations and in the pages of the most important magazines or through online tools. As well, they organise glamorous events and brand exhibitions; they participate in red carpet events where celebrities don most beautiful Bvlgari creations – as Elizabeth Taylor once famously did during the golden years of the Dolce Vita.

"ALTHOUGH BVLGARI'S A WORLDWIDE COMPANY, YOU ALWAYS FEEL PART OF A BIG FAMILY."
After graduating with a degree in architecture, I wanted to work for Bvlgari so I kept checking the career section on the website. As soon as I saw an opportunity I immediately applied. After a few days I received a phone call for an interview. Today I'm in charge of all the creative aspects for a Bvlgari We’re traveling around the world to show that Italians still do it better. I aim to create unique events that give our guests the opportunity to be surrounded by pure beauty. The most exciting part is watching people around me enjoying our events and impressing on them the Bvlgari experience. Working for Bulgari gives you the opportunity to learn, travel and grow professionally. Over the last three years, I've seen colleagues put trust in my ideas and my responsibilities grow. I feel proud to work at Bvlgari, to work among the great beauty of our jewellery and the amazing heritage of the brand.

"MY JOB IS A CONTINUOUS QUEST TO COMMUNICATE THE BEAUTY AND THE SPIRIT OF BVLGARI THROUGH CONCEPTS AND IMAGES."
I started my professional career at Bulgari in 2001, when I applied for a strategic marketing position in the Watches Business Unit, based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. In the Neuchâtel office, I then moved to the Perfumes Business Unit, where I gained exciting experience in the universe of fragrances. I was in charge of the launch of new product lines such as Omnia and AQVA pour Homme, being fully involved in all the steps from the design of the bottle to the olfactory development of the fragrances.
In 2004, I moved to Bulgari Headquarters in Rome, in the newly constituted Brand Image Department, where I contributed to the creation of a coherent corporate image throughout the different product lines. Today, I manage the Brand Image Department, where I take care of all projects above and below the line.
I enjoy working with my team, composed of communication accountants and art direction specialists, particularly when we are engaged in the development of mood boards and creative layouts.
My spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation and courage are the qualities that have contributed most to my professional growth in the company's various fields and departments.

"BVLGARI GIVES ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO FULLY EXPRESS MYSELF THROUGH MY WORK."
Bvlgari contacted me when I was working for Cartier. I wasn’t actively looking for another job but the challenge Bulgari offered me was very interesting. Working at Bulgari is special and I feel extremely lucky to work for the historical Bulgari boutique on via Condotti. The flagship store is a home to the brand's strong history, the amazing jewellery collections, our fine watchmaking expertise and the great teamwork we have created. My current responsibility is managing our bridal room, jewellery display, stock and on-going sales activities thanks to my long experience in the jewellery business. Being Chinese, I am able to use my language skills to develop the Chinese clientele. Since joining Bulgari, I have learned a great deal about jewellery and feel more confident in my daily job activities. Creativity, glamour and craftsmanship are the main values I love at Bulgari. I feel part of a big family and a great company.

"WHEN LUXURY AND BVLGARI COME TOGETHER, DREAMS BECOME REALITY."
After graduating with a degree in Business Engineering and gaining important experience at a consulting firm, I decided the way to best invest in my passions was to complete a one-year Master's in Fashion and Luxury Marketing with the European Institute of Design (IED). It is a field that has always fascinated me. At the end of the program, I applied to a Bulgari job posting and after a few days received a phone call for an interview. When luxury and Bulgari come together, dreams become reality! Today, I deal with monitoring the results of our worldwide network of stores. Working with many different countries, people and stores is complex but also very exciting. I aim to always work with energy and good cheer, and I enjoy my job! Ten years ago I had the same energy but not the same responsibility. Bulgari has supported my career growth continuously. Thanks to my job, I have had the possibility to do a great deal of traveling, coming in contact with different cultures and people. These are the most interesting, enriching experiences anyone can have to grow personally, as well as professionally.
Amandine Pallez - Perfume Creation & Heritage
"WORKING AT BVLGARI IS ABOUT DESIGN, MATERIALS AND TRENDS BASED MORE ON EMOTION THAN PURE MARKETING STRATEGY."
I'm proud to work at Bvlgari because of the brand's incredible heritage and constant ability to renew its creativity. Bvlgari forces you grow and gain new skills year after year, opening you up to new perspectives. I was hired as Perfume Strategic Marketing Manager in 2006 to lead creative marketing. Recently, I became head of the creative and historical heritage team: a global challenge to fully master the 360° perspective of marketing. In addition to new knowledge and skills, working at Bvlgari has increased my curiosity and understanding of local specificities, cultures and consumer habits. Furthermore, I have built respectful, friendly relationships with my colleagues. I believe there is a persistent yet exciting way to sustain growth, which can be carried out through our own efforts but also through our consistent, common entrepreneurial spirit.
