How can I return my order online?

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below. 

 

First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions: 

- If your Bvlgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed. 
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged. - All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging 
- Personalized products cannot be returned 

 

For orders with a value under $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please review the following steps: 
1. Visit this page and access your Order History page by logging into My Account to register your return, and print your complimentary return shipping label*. 
2. Place the Bvlgari piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, the warranty or authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label. 
3. Deliver the package to the nearest UPS location. 

 

For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please contact our Bvlgari Ambassadors to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your returned package with our logistics partner. 

If you choose to return your order on your own, we recommend shipping the returned items via insured parcel post and suggest that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the Bvlgari piece.

*Bvlgari will provide you with a complimentary return label as a courtesy, yet we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
