Save the Children Partnership

In 2009, Bvlgari decided to take action on behalf of disadvantaged children around the world, as too many children are unable to fulfill their own aspirations because their lack of education perpetuates the cycle of poverty.
Partnering with Save the Children, Bvlgari launched a campaign of unprecedented ambition and scope, in which part of the proceeds from the sale of Save the Children jewelry—custom-designed by Bvlgari—is donated to the charity. After nearly fifteen years, the partnership has developed into a strong long-term relationship raising more than £113M globally, reaching over two million children and adolescents in contexts where poverty, discrimination, conflicts or natural disasters compromise their opportunities and rights.

PUNTO LUCE DELLE ARTI
“LEARNING BY DOING”

In 2019, Bvlgari and Save the Children created the first Punto Luce delle Arti to improve the future of children living in conditions of poverty without access to education. Located in an abandoned school in Ostia, a coastal suburb of Rome, a 14,000-square-foot building was transformed into a multipurpose environment inspired by the convergence of light, points and lines architecture.

Punto Luce delle Arti has now become a center for social activities, academic support and free education to develop participants' talent and skills, teach them arts and crafts, and boost their professional prospects.
Punto Luce delle Arti is estimated to involve 1,000 children and young adults aged six to eighteen every year, through activities involving textbooks and the arts. The curriculum offers a focus on three areas of learning to grant students an opportunity to build knowledge and skills in analytical thinking and teamwork abilities by collaborating on projects about innovation and creativity.
