A pre-order is an order placed for an item that belongs to one of our new or limited edition collections that has not yet been released. This means that the item can be previewed and purchased, even if it is not yet available in stock. Shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Items that are available for pre-order can easily be recognised by their "Pre-order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order.

It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Customer Service team.
