How can I return my order online?

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below. First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions: 

- If your Bvlgari piece has a security tag, it will not be returnable if the tag has been removed. 
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging. 
- Personalised products cannot be returned. You may contact our Customer Service team via email at ae.cs@Bulgari.com providing your name, address and order number. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request. Alternatively, you can make your return or exchange in one of Bvlgari's stores in the UAE.
