In keeping with this legacy, the Monete Catene High Jewellery secret watch in 18 kt rose gold boasts a silver coin bearing the effigy of Emperor Caracalla, who ruled from 198 to 217 AD. Powered by the Piccolissimo in-house micro-movement, the timepiece combines an octagonal diamond-set case with a supple bracelet made of two gold chains embracing the wrist, while a mother-of-pearl dial with diamond indexes is hidden under the cover.
