General Terms and Conditions of Sale 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of merchandise by Bulgari South Asian Operations Pte Ltd, having its registered seat in 391B Orchard Road, Singapore 238874, and registered in Singapore with its unique entity number 198702662C ("Bvlgari", "we"”, “our” and “us”) through the Singapore section of (the "Website"). The sale is available only for purchases exclusively within Singapore (hereinafter, the “Territory”).

Your use of the Website to purchase product or otherwise, indicates your agreement to comply and to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" available at and Privacy Policy (available of the Website. Your acknowledgement of the use of the Website, which are hereby incorporated by reference, other notices which may be posted on the Website, and all applicable laws and regulations. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Bvlgari products to you. You are obligated to read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms help you better understand how Bvlgari provide the products to you, how to resolve transaction issues and other relevant information. Bvlgari reserve the rights to amend, change or end the contract based on our discretion. If you do not agree with any term in these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, please do not place any order through the Website.



Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen in most countries/regions), (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts, may place orders for Bvlgari products either through the Website, following the indications thereon or by phone, calling us at +65 31582590, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (SGT). We do not accept orders by email. All orders are subject to written acceptance by Bvlgari. It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Bag accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation (i.e. clicking the “Place Order” button as explained below), the order will be sent to Bvlgari for processing and you will receive an Acknowledgment email containing the main details of your order. Note that the Acknowledgement email does not represent acceptance of your order. After processing, upon shipment of the product you have ordered, we will send you an Order Confirmation email of your order. In the event that email confirmation is not sufficient, Bvlgari reserve the rights to reach out to you for verbal confirmation of orders.

The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bvlgari shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Bvlgari products displayed on the Website. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact the Concierge Service department through the Contact Us section (“Contact Us” available at of the Website.
Orders may be placed for personal use only, any commercial use excluded. Bvlgari has the right to cancel any order placed by you in the event that you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Bvlgari has reasonable ground to suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or are appear to be engaged in fraudulent activities or use of purchased products other than for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Conditions. Bvlgari  has the right to refuse any order at our discretion.


Confirmation of Orders

In order to process the order, you must select the product you wish to buy and click the “Add to Shopping bag” button. The selected products will then be included in the “Shopping Bag” and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Prior to submitting the order, you are required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and make the necessary corrections. The Order is submitted when you click the “Place Order” button. After placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that clicking the “Place Order” button does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase is completed. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. Upon receipt, the order will be submitted to Bvlgari for processing, the order cannot be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise required by applicable law. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Bvlgari will confirm such acceptance by sending you an Order Confirmation e-mail. The Order Confirmation e-mail will confirm that the Product has been dispatched and the tracking number of shipment will be provided.
You may cancel your order any time prior to our dispatch of the Order Confirmation. Once you receive the Order Confirmation, your order will be in process, you are not allowed to change or amend the shipping address and Bvlgari will not be liable for your wrong input of address. In the event that you need to make any changes for your shipping address, please contact our Concierge Service as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you based on our courier provider discretion. Bvlgari will not be responsible or liable for your own negligence.
Upon sending you the Order Confirmation e-mail, the contract between you and Bvlgari will be formed. The contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. Bvlgari files for its own records evidence of all transactions between Bvlgari and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Bvlgari and one of its customers relating to a transaction conducted on the Website, the Terms and Conditions and Order Confirmation shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.



Bvlgari reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Website from time to time without prior notice to the customers. Bvlgari will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
In the event that any product you select becomes unavailable after we send an Order Confirmation of the order, our Concierge Service will inform you by phone or email as soon as possible to advise you on the next step.


Some products on the Website may only be available for pre-order. Subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this document as well as those mentioned on the webpages of the individual products available for pre-order (delivery period and delivery options), pre-orders shall be covered by the same processes and conditions applicable to standard orders. It is not possible to purchase in-stock products together with pre-order items in the same order, meaning you will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e. the latest shipping date will apply. The full list of payment methods accepted for pre-orders is available on the dedicated checkout page, before the order is completed. When the pre-order has been completed, Bvlgari will process the purchase transaction by immediately debiting the amount from your chosen payment method and send you a receipt confirmation for your order. As soon as your pre-order product is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Due to production constraints, Bvlgari may have to cancel a pre-order in whole or in part. Bvlgari will inform you of this cancellation as soon as possible and the amount paid will be credited back to the same means of payment used for the purchase.


Prices and Payments

The prices of Bvlgari products are indicated in local currency (SGD) inclusive of local tax (GST) based on regulations. Prices are excluding shipping costs if any, please read the Shipping section for more information on shipping cost.
Bvlgari reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the “Place Order” button.
You are responsible of the costs incurred when using means of distance communication in connection with placing an order with us (cost of internet access, telephone costs), and these costs do not differ from the standard rate.
Bvlgari reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. You will be required to pay for any order placed on the Website immediately upon clicking on the “Place Order” button. The amount of the purchase price of the products ordered by you will be blocked on your credit or debit card and you will only be charged upon shipment of the products to you.
We only accept payment through the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You cannot use store credits or gift certificates issued by Bvlgari  boutiques to purchase products offered on the Website. All orders are payable in local currency (SGD) inclusive of the respective local tax (GST) based on regulations.
Bvlgari will cover you for the any additional Duties and Taxes fee incurred for your shipment. Please note that your order must contain a delivery address located within Singapore. Orders with shipping address other than a location within Singapore will not be processed. Please read the Delivery Zone section / Non-Delivery Zone section for more information on restricted delivery area.

Reservation of Title

Products ordered by you will remain the property of Bvlgari until Bvlgari has received full payment thereof and you hereby grant a security interest in such products until full payment has been received. If there is any problem with payment, you are responsible to return the goods received to Bvlgari immediately upon request.


Delivery Zone

Products purchased via the Website can only be delivered within Singapore. The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation which you input during the ordering process.
Please note that PO Boxes may not be used for the delivery of our products. If you insert a Hotel address as the delivery address for your order, please note that the delivery can only be made to the person indicated in the order, and the products may not be delivered to the reception of the Hotel. Recipient signature is required upon hand-over.

Non-Delivery Zone

Shipping to the below mentioned areas is restricted, and Bvlgari will not accept any orders within these non-delivery zone:
Jurong Island, Airports, Cargo Complex, shipyards, PSA Terminals, Government Buildings, SAF Camps, Alps Ave, Marina Bay Sands, Resort World, Hospitals, Universities, Polytechnics, F1 Restricted Area and Outlaying areas (postal code starting with 69,70,71).

During the ordering procedure, Bvlgari will inform you the lead-time required for complementary standard delivery and the various forms of delivery available alongside their respective delivery lead-time and cost. You will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Bvlgari reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case your credit or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment. While Bvlgari cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines.

Complimentary standard delivery is available and the products will generally be delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the Order Confirmation date. Same-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 11am from Tuesday-Friday (excluding public holiday periods and not applicable for orders including personalised creations or fragrances).
Any delivery date specified by us is best estimate by our courier provider. Bvlgari will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Upon delivery, the signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age is required for all orders. You acknowledge that any person receiving/signing on your behalf for the delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.


Problems of Delivery

Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding 10 (Ten) working days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to our Concierge Service department by phone at +65 31582590, via live chat or email at on the Website as soon as possible.


Click & Collect

"Click & Collect" is a complimentary delivery option available from our stores in Singapore, except Duty Free Store, Airport and Department Stores Counters.
By choosing ‘Click & Collect’, you can have your order sent to your selected boutique and you can collect it at your own leisure. Please check the opening hours of the boutique in the Click & Collect section of the Website.
We will confirm by e-mail: (i) when your order has been dispatched and (ii) when it is ready for collection.
We will make every effort to make your order available for collection within 1 to 5 working days. Delays are occasionally inevitable during holidays or other busy periods, or due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bvlgari shall not be liable for any delay or failure to make your order available for collection within the estimated timescales.
When collecting your order, please make sure that you bring your 'ready for collection' email as a print out or ready to display on your mobile device together with your original valid photographic ID document or, if collection is to be made by a person delegated by you, an original copy of the authorisation signed by you bearing the name, surname, date and place of birth of the delegated person, the 'ready for collection' email and the original valid photographic ID document of both you and the delegated person.
We will check and register the serial number of your original valid photographic ID document.
Before taking delivery of the parcel, you or the person delegated by you, must sign the Order Delivery slip. The signed delivery slip is proof of delivery and acceptance of the ordered products.
If you fail to collect your order within 14 (fourteen) days of your ready for collection email, your contract shall be automatically terminated and your order will be returned to our warehouse and no longer be available for collection from the store, and you will be reimbursed of the price paid.
If for any reason you do not wish to comply with the procedures set out in this paragraph, we regret that you will not be able to use our Click & Collect service.


Return Policy

a) General provisions

You may return any online purchase without customised engraving or embossing, for a refund or exchange, by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt by you of the products:
- by contacting our Customer Service by phone, calling us at +65 31582590 via live chat or emailing, providing us your name, address and order number. Upon return confirmation, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request; or - by directly returning the products in our Singapore Stores: Marina Bay Sands, ION, Takashimaya, excluding Duty Free Store, Airport and Department Stores Counters.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted for return.
You will be refunded for the accepted returned products and Bvlgari will pay the cost of returning the Products by providing you a Return Label.
You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the products.
You may also use the attached model return form (hereinafter the "Return Form"). If you return the products using your own means and at your own expense, it is recommended you keep proof of return by registered post or by any other method which provides a record of the shipping date. You must insure the parcel against loss and theft for the value of the contents. We shall not be held liable for the loss or theft of products returned by you using your own means. Please find below more details on returns procedures. For accepted online purchase returned products, you will be refunded accordingly to the card which you made purchase with. Once we received the return product, you will be notified via email that your refund has been processed. Any funds due to you should be credited to your original payment method within 15 days.
Please note that personalised, engraved  and hot-stamped Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

b) Returns to our Concierge Service Centre

When the return form or your statement informing us of your intention to withdraw from your purchase is received, we will email you a one-time return label pre-paid by us. You may also return the products by directly sending them back to our Bvlgari boutique in Singapore, Takashimaya, ION and Marina Bay Sands, together with the Return Form or a declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with paragraph a) above. You shall send back the product you wish to return or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 30 days has expired. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the Website. If you have exchanged the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only. Order delivery standard costs, if any, will be refunded. If the online purchase is returned for an exchange, you will not be charged for shipping costs related to the second shipment.

c) Returns to our Boutique

Bvlgari also offers you the possibility to return your online purchase to the following Bvlgari boutiques in Singapore: Marina Bay Sands, ION, Takashimaya for an exchange or store credit. This is only applicable for online purchase within Singapore. You may return your online purchase without customised engraving or embossing and whose security tag, if any, has not been removed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt by you or within 30 days from the day you have sent to us the Return Form or a declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with paragraph a) above. If you have exchanged the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value. Gift recipients shall be entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value or store credit, with an original gift receipt only. Store credits may only be redeemed at one of our retail stores and not through an online purchase. Please note that our boutiques are unable to proceed to refund of any online order.

d) Exchanges online

Your Bvlgari piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on if a different size or colour variant of it is available. Complete the online return form on or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to submit your exchange request. Note that you will be able to exchange your online order only if the size or colour variation of your piece is available in stock and of equal retail price. Once your exchange request has been submitted, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the instructions above detailed in paragraph b) or c).
Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2 to 3 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchange piece. Your new piece will be shipped using complimentary Standard Shipping method. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order.


In addition to any statutory guarantee (The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act) that may apply to the Products you purchase from us which cannot be excluded or modified, such as the Lemon Law under Sections 12A to 12F of The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), the following warranty is provided in connection with watches: the Bvlgari watches warranty is valid for five years from the date of the purchase, it will be honoured anywhere in the world and covers all manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, metal or leather watchband, crown and glass. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair it by unauthorized persons.
You may submit a claim under the Warranty by issuing a notice to us at identifying the defective Products and the nature and extent of the defect.
If you submit a valid claim under the Warranty we will, at our option:
(a) repair the Products to which the defect relates; or
(b) replace the Products to which the defect relates; and
(c) pay the costs associated with the delivery of the Products to us under this warranty.
For consumer rights in respect of non-conforming good, under the Lemon Law, you are entitled:
a) under and in accordance with section 12C, to require the transfer or to repair or replace the goods; or
(b) under and in accordance with section 12D to require the transfer or to reduce the amount to be paid for the transfer by the transferee by an appropriate amount; or to rescind the contract with regard to the goods in question.

Governing Law - Choice of Forum – Online Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the appropriate court in London and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the United Kingdom. The foregoing is without prejudice to any of your rights which cannot be excluded under the law of your Country of residence Please note that the European Commission provides a platform for alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, available on the website


Force Majeur

We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under any these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.
Please note that nothing contained in these Terms of Sale in any way affects your statutory rights.



If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.



If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by law, that provision is severed and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions remain valid and enforceable.


Changes to these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You should check the Terms and Conditions before placing an Order.

Bvlgari’s commitment to conducting business ethically is expressed in its Business Partners and Supplier's Code of Conduct, available on the Website at BULGARI constantly checks that the principles of these codes are respected and properly applied.
