You may return your Bvlgari piece purchased online (excluded Personalized pieces) for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of original delivery.
When returning your piece, please ensure that the security tag has not been removed if your Bvlgari piece was sent with one. Your piece must be in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
