Product Information:
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, as well as a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How to order:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size (if applicable; if not, skip to Step 2).
2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

Our Ambassadors will be pleased to assist you in placing your order. Your order acknowledgement and confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Bulgari.com accepts the following credit cards, debit cards and payment methods: ApplePay®, PayPal®, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, UnionPay® and Afterpay®. We do not accept cheques, money orders, bank transfers, store credit, or gift certificates for Bulgari.com orders.
When a product is out of stock, you will have the option to be notified when it is back in stock. Just click "Notify Me" on the product page and enter your email.
As soon as you place your order online, payment authorisation will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is not charged at this time: the actual payment occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
Bulgari.com guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the cost of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your credit card statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorisation request, which is made when you place the order and will be released; the second confirms the actual charge.
The amount paid may be lower if one or more items are not available at the time the order is dispatched. The charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.

All Bulgari.com orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature Bulgari card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased pieces.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that belongs to one of our new or limited edition collections that has not yet been released. This means that the item can be previewed and purchased, even if it is not yet available in stock. Shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Pre-order items can easily be recognised by their "Pre-Order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order.
The full list of payment methods accepted for pre-orders is available on the dedicated checkout page, shown before the order is completed.
It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.
The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Concierge Service team. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchange according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Bulgari is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Bulgari may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact the Concierge Service team if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipping tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number sent in the email, you will be able to check the delivery status of your order.
Please allow for an additional 2-3 business days for personalisation or engraving of products.
For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages. For orders requiring signature upon delivery (all orders except fragrances), the courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will go back to our warehouse and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalised and engraved pieces).

Before the shipping process has been initiated, orders may be partially modified or cancelled by contacting our Concierge Service team.

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below.
First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging
- Personalised products cannot be returned

Place the Bulgari piece you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging and close it securely with the provided seal. Place it in a shipping box with the completed return form, warranty or authenticity card and receipt. Please ensure the box is properly closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
Our Concierge Service will arrange a courier to collect the parcel or deliver the package to Bulgari.
You may return your online purchase for an exchange or refund provided the Bulgari piece is received by us within 30 days of the date of delivery.

To ensure social distancing, we will be limiting the total number of guests in each boutique. Inside our boutiques, please practice social distancing.

Clients are welcome to wear protective face coverings in the boutique, and we will be happy to provide disposable face coverings upon request. Hand sanitiser will also be available throughout our stores, and we encourage our guests to use it upon entering our boutiques.
We continue to offer complimentary delivery for all online orders. Note that it may take longer than usual for your order to be delivered as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution centres. Our courier partner is also adapting its procedures in order to guarantee the safety of their employees and of our clients, which may result in slight delays in shipping.
