INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER
I’m Maria, an Italy-based creative who’s passionate about the world, people and technology. I come from a small town in Russia where everything is quite different from big-city life. When I was young, I dreamed about traveling the world and meeting interesting people. Today my dream has come true because I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Rome, and work in an exceptionally creative Maison full of extraordinary people.
Working as an Internal Communication Manager means dealing with multiple stakeholders – local, global, and even those from the LVMH group. So I have to be good at facilitating effective communication and connecting different viewpoints to ensure collaboration at all levels. In addition to communication management, our team places a strong emphasis on engagement initiatives. We organize key internal events to boost team spirit and celebrate our strong connection with our Roman heritage. One of our flagship events is Bvlgari Day, where employees worldwide take part in a creative contest and organize local celebrations of Rome’s foundation day on April 21. We carefully curate these events to provide meaningful and inspirational experiences that stimulate employee creativity and bring us closer to our roots... my mission is to reinforce our sense of belonging within our beautiful company.
I am a firm believer that to nail it in the workplace, you should have those real human vibes–connection, active listening, and a healthy dose of genuine curiosity. It is not just about getting the job done; it is about making work feel like a cool hangout where everyone's ideas are welcomed and can be taken in the most constructive way. These are the fundamentals for me, and I bring them into everything I do! My team and I are like the wizards of internal events and employee engagement. We are on a permanent quest for the next big thing, always hunting down fresh ideas and listening to different colleagues.
In the chaos of internal events and employer branding photoshoots, my team and I are always on the hunt to catch perfect shots. However, in the quest for perfection, sometimes we need quick solutions. Guess what... to resolve problems quickly, I found myself appearing in some projects. That is why I appear in numerous LinkedIn posts: it looks like I am a paid actor, not a Bvlgari employee! Let me set the record straight – I am not an actor, and I am definitely not some AI-generated character. I just love to be in the middle of things.
