Code of conduct

The Code of Conduct is a set of shared rules, practices and principles that constitute the foundations of the LVMH Group's common culture. It guides the day-to-day conduct of the Group's business activities everywhere in the world in terms of ethics, social responsibility and respect for the environment.

LVMH Code of Conduct

Bvlgari has decided to fully adopt the new LVMH Code of Conduct, whose principles are in total harmony with the company's commitments and the values that have guided it over the years. Adherence to the LVMH Code of Conduct is both opportunity and incentive to further strengthen all Bvlgari operating guidelines and systems, guaranteeing coherence between business values and activities and ensuring that the common principles are properly disseminated and implemented.

The Code of Conduct ex Legislative Decree 231/2001 is an essential element of the organisational, management and control programme implemented by all Italian Bvlgari companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced a regime of administrative liability of legal entities in addition to the civil and criminal responsibility of any natural person committing an offence. The aim of the Code is to confirm to all addressees the commitment of all Italian Bvlgari companies to carry out their activities in such a manner as not to commit any of the offences set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001.
