How can I exchange my order online?

The Bvlgari piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant is available and of equal retail price. Please complete the online return form or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to submit your exchange request. Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process (for more info see the question "How can I return my order?" ) Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2 to 3 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchanged piece. Your new piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order using our complimentary express shipping.
