Approach

Bvlgari has an ongoing commitment to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all aspects of its customers’ online experiences. As part of these efforts, Bvlgari is dedicated to offering customers with disabilities a high quality online experience on its website www.bulgari.com (the “Website”) that is full and equal to that provided to customers without disabilities. This includes aiming for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 and/or 2.2 at Levels A and AA (WCAG 2.1 and/or 2.2).

 

In our efforts to meet WCAG 2.1 and/or 2.2 standards, Bvlgari employs various accessibility auditing and review techniques. We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort, a journey rather than a destination. To that end, we continuously conduct reviews at reasonable intervals to assess the Website’s ongoing level of substantial conformance with WCAG 2.1 and/or 2.2 while seeking new ways to enhance the online experience for our customers with disabilities.
