As part of Bvlgari and Save the Children's Youth Empowerment Project, Michelin-starred Italian chef, Niko Romito, recently traveled to La Paz in Bolivia to teach students the art of bread baking. Bread is an essential food that has countless meanings and traditions. Representing passion, dedication and knowledge, each loaf requires time and patience. This is the essence of Bvlgari and Save the Children's Empowerment Project, where young people are encouraged to learn new skills to achieve excellence in a nurturing environment. Established in 2016 by Save the Children in partnership with Bvlgari, the program aims to provide social and professional skills to adolescents in vulnerable situations. Bvlgari has raised $85 million since partnering with Save the Children, through sales of an exclusive jewellery collection inspired by Bvlgari's iconic Bzero1 design, as well as through donations and the kindness of collaborators such as Niko.
