This service is available in every store and consists of nourishing and polishing plain calf and nappa lamb leather items by using professional care products. Further treatment can be done at a Bvlgari service center based on need. Bvlgari experts in our boutiques will be able to advise you on the services needed. We recommend bringing your leather piece every two year for cleaning and refurbishment service. Exotic leather should be treated by our Bvlgari service center only.
Missing components may be replaced and broken parts may be repaired or reconstructed to restore the beauty of your Bvlgari bags and accessories. Experts in our Bvlgari Stores will help you assess the service needed. Simple spare parts replacement can be done in-store. More complex repairs can only be performed in a Bvlgari service center.
This service is available only in selected boutiques, Bvlgari experts will assist you in creating your own personalised Bvlgari leather piece.
Your belt can be adjusted for better comfort. The service includes repair, resizing of the belt strap and the punching of additional holes. This service is complimentary and available in every Bvlgari Store.
You can personalise your Bvlgari small and large leather goods with our hot stamping service. This complimentary service consists of embossing initials, emoticons or symbols with plain or coloured foil on Bvlgari leather goods. You can choose from 6 gem-inspired colours, and select your desired size and additional symbols. Most small leather goods (wallets & folded card holders) can only be embossed on the inside in order to preserve the quality and preciousness of each product. Other card holders can be embossed on the outside as well. Large leather goods feature personalisation on the internal mirror or on the leather strap (only for selected items). This service is available when purchasing a leather piece on Bulgari.com or in selected Bvlgari Boutiques where our experts will gladly advise you on the different fonts and colours available.
Personalisation offered as e-commerce exclusive must be requested at the time of purchase and might not be available in the boutiques. Free hot stamping on our accessories within 1 month from the date of purchase.
Your Bvlgari eyewear is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. For any assistance with your eyewear, kindly visit a Bvlgari boutique or call our Customer Service. We will direct you to the most appropriate service location based on where you originally purchased your sunglasses, ensuring you receive the best possible service.
