CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct is a set of shared rules, practices and principles that represent the foundations of the common culture of LVMH Group. It guides the day-to-day conduct of the Group's business activities everywhere in the world in terms of ethics, social responsibility and respect for the environment.
Bulgari has decided to fully adopt the new LVMH Code of Conduct, whose principles are in total harmony with the commitments made by the company and the values that have guided it over the years.
Adherence to the LVMH Code of Conduct is an opportunity and an incentive to further strengthen all the operating guidelines and systems that Bulgari has developed over the years, guaranteeing coherence between business values and activities and ensuring that the common principles are implemented and disseminated.

The Code of Conduct is an essential element of the Organizational, management and control Program implemented by Bulgari Italian companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 which introduced a regime of administrative liability of legal entities in addition to the civil and criminal responsibility of any natural person committing an offence.The aim of the Code is to confirm to all addressees the commitment of all Italian Bulgari companies to carry out their activities in such a manner not to commit any of the offences set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Bulgari believes that the continuously advancing in its ethical, social and environmental performance is a fundamental component of the excellence of the products delivered to clients. In the conduct of its activities, Bulgari is committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations and national and international conventions, as well as with best practices, in particular with regards to ethics, human rights, social responsibility and protection of the environment and expects its business partners & suppliers do the same. Therefore, Bulgari requires to all third parties (suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, etc.) to respect the principles listed in this “Business Partner & Supplier Code of Conduct”, in line with LVMH Group expectations and taking into account our strong commitment with RJC Responsible Jewellery Council.
