Placing Orders on Bulgari.com Customers may purchase online via us.bulgari.com 24 hours a day seven days a week. Customers may also make a purchase by calling Customer Service at 1-800-BVLGARI (1-800-285-4274), Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm EST.

Payment Methods

Bulgari.com accepts the following US-issued credit, charge, and debit cards: American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, JCB®, PayPal and China Union Pay. (Please note that international-issued cards are not accepted.) We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, store credit, or gift certificates for Bulgari.com orders.

Sales Tax

Bulgari.com charges state, county and local tax as required by applicable law. Shipments to the following states are subject to tax: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.


All Bulgari.com orders will arrive in a signature BVLGARI box with a satin ribbon. Detailed product instructions will accompany each product.

Gift Message

A gift message may be created during the check out process. Please make sure to click “save” to ensure that the message will be included upon order submission. The gift message will be printed on a gift card and enclosed in an envelope. If no message is created, a complimentary blank gift card with envelope will be provided.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

Orders may be modified or cancelled before the delivery process has been initiated. Once the delivery process has been initiated, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled. However, orders may be subsequently returned for refund or exchange.


Orders placed via Bulgari.com may only be delivered within the Continental United States, including Alaska and excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside of North America. Bulgari does not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Bulgari does not ship to hotels.

Delivery Method

The following shipping options are available for Bulgari.com orders:
Ground – Complimentary
2nd Day - $20.00
Overnight - $35.00

Orders placed by 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Depending on which shipping option you select, you will receive your Bulgari.com order within the following time estimates:
Ground – 1-7 business days
2nd Day – 2 business days
Overnight – 1 business day
Click & Collect – 3 to 4 business days

Please note that a signature confirmation is required for all Bulgari.com orders, except for fragrance purchases.
The signature confirmation of an adult (21+ years) is required for orders exceeding $5,000.
For Security Reasons, we do not allow rerouting of the packages(even to UPS hold for pickup locations). For the packages that require your signature( anything except perfumes), please keep in mind that UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package and after 3rd attempt it will go back to our warehouse in NY.

Click & Collect

“Click & Collect” is a complimentary delivery option available from our 5th Avenue, Beverly Hills and Miami Bal Harbour Boutiques.

By choosing “Click & Collect”, your order will be sent to your selected Boutique, where you will have the ability to collect your purchase within 14 days after placing it. We will confirm by email when your order has been sent to your chosen Boutique, and when it becomes available for pick up.

Your item(s) will be available within 3 to 4 days after the order has been placed. During high volume periods, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. BVLGARI shall not be held liable (responsible instead?) for any delay or failure to make your order available for collection within the estimated delivery time.

Prior to collecting your order, you will receive an email confirmation stating your order is ready to be collected from your chosen Boutique.

When collecting your order, you must bring:
1. Proof of your purchase (either digitally or printed)
2. Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
3. Government- issued photo identification
4. Confirmation email

If you wish to designate another person to collect your order, they must bring:
1. A forwarded copy of your proof of purchase (printed) along with your written consent
2. Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
3. A copy of the purchaser’s government- issued photo identification
4. Representative’s government-issued photo identification
5. Confirmation email

Your order will be available at your chosen Boutique for 14 days. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment, except for personalized and or engraved pieces.

The return policy for “Click & Collect” purchases is the same as the one for ecommerce purchases.

Before taking possession of your order, you or your designate must sign our ‘Order Delivery Slip’ as proof of delivery and acceptance of your order. No dispute relating to the actual delivery is possible if the parcel is deemed to have been delivered, our records being considered proof thereof.

If you do not collect your order within 14 days of receiving your “Ready for Collection” confirmation email, your order will be returned to our warehouse and no longer be available for collection from the store. You will be refunded for the total amount paid.


Bulgari.com customers may return any online purchase without customized engraving or embossing to our Customer Service Center within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Bulgari.com customers may also return online purchases to any of our retail boutiques in the U.S. for an exchange or boutique credit only. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Opened fragrances will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. Bulgari is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler other than Bulgari) cannot be accepted. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only.
