RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


You may return your Bulgari piece purchased online for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. You may also return it to any of our Bulgari Boutiques in the U.S. for an exchange or store credit only.


If you are returning or exchanging your piece, please review the following steps:


  1. Ensure that your return or exchange meets the conditions outlined below:
    • If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
    • Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Fragrance orders may not be returned or exchanged.

  2. Visit www.Bulgari.com/en-us/sales/guest/form or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to register your return, and print your complimentary UPS return shipping label.

  3. Place the Bulgari piece you wish to return in the original packaging and close securely with the provided seal. Place it in a shipping box with the completed return form and receipt. Please ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.

  4. Deliver the package to your nearest UPS location.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
