RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your Bvlgari piece purchased online for a refund provided the Bvlgari piece is received by us within 30 calendar days from the date of original delivery to you. You may also exchange it in any of our Bvlgari Boutiques in the U.S. for an item(s) of equal or greater value within the same 30 calendar day period.
When returning or exchanging your piece, please ensure that:
- The security tag has not been removed if your Bvlgari piece was sent with one.
- Your piece is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, fragrance orders and hot stamped pieces may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements as determined in our sole discretion.
RETURN FOR REFUND
For orders with a value under $5,000 (excluding shipping and taxes), please review the following steps:
- Visit www.bulgari.com/en-us/returnsearch or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to register your return, and print your complimentary return shipping label*.
- Place the Bvlgari piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty /authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
- Deliver the package to your nearest UPS location.
*Bvlgari will provide you with a complimentary return label as a courtesy, yet we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (excluding shipping and taxes), please contact our Customer Service team to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your return package with our logistic partner.
If you choose to return your order on your own, we recommend shipping the returned items via insured parcel post and recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the Bvlgari piece.
EXCHANGE IN STORE
If you would like to exchange your piece, please visit any of our retail stores in the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii. You will be able to exchange your order for another item(s) of equal or greater value. The difference in price will be paid in store. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or higher value as well. Bvlgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online.
