PRE-ORDER



Some BVLGARI creations are available for pre-order exclusively online. A label on the product page will identify qualifying items. By pre-ordering items online, you will be able to purchase items before they are available in stock or in store. Shipping time may vary and will be communicated on the product page and in the shopping cart. All pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Due to high demand, certain items may sold out even before they are physically available in stock.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT
At the time of a pre-order, BVLGARI will obtain a credit authorization from your card issuer and your credit card will be charged once the item has shipped.

COMBINING IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
You can order in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, they will be shipped together once all the items are available in stock.

CANCELING A PRE-ORDERED ITEM
The terms of the cancellation are the same as for a regular order. You can only cancel an order before the shipping process has been initiated by contacting the Customer Service team. Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, pre-orders may no longer be modified or canceled. However, once received pre-orders may be returned for refund or exchange (except for fragrance orders). Customized pre-ordered items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times vary depending on the collection. You will be informed by email once your pre-order item has shipped. Standard delivery times will apply based on the shipping method selected during check-out from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped.
For the Alexander Wang collaboration, pre-ordered products will be shipped by September 23rd. The first 50 bags pre-ordered online will be shipped with an exclusive note signed by Alexander Wang.
