DELIVERY METHODS


Orders placed on Bulgari.com may only be delivered within the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii yet excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside of North America. Bulgari does not ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, UPS pick-up locations or hotels.

The following shipping options are available for Bulgari.com orders:

  • Government issued ID

    If someone else is collecting on your behalf:
  • Purchaser’s government issued ID
  • Representative’s government issued ID

  • Confirmation email signed by you
    authorizing them to collect your order

*Please note that a signature confirmation is required for all Bulgari.com orders over $500

Delivery timelines will apply from the order shipment date. Orders placed by 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday are reviewed and shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be reviewed and shipped on the following business day.

Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages (even to an UPS hold for pickup locations). For orders requiring signature on delivery (all orders except Fragrances) UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will go back to our warehouse in New York and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalized and or engraved pieces).
