Orders placed on Bulgari.com may only be delivered within the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside of North America. Online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, UPS pick-up locations or hotels.
All online orders are subject to review and usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. The delivery timelines listed below will apply from the order shipment date and a signature confirmation is required for all Bulgari.com orders over $500.

Given the current situation, it may take longer than usual for your order to be delivered as we and our courier partners are working to ensure the health and safety of our teams. We thank you for your understanding and patience and advise that you place your online order at the latest by:
- Friday, December 18th, 12pm EST when using our Standard delivery option
- Monday, December 21st, 12pm EST when using our Express delivery option or Click and Collect service
- Tuesday, December 22nd, 12pm EST when using our Priority delivery option
The following shipping options are available for Bulgari.com orders. The delivery timelines listed below will apply from the order shipment date. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages (even to an UPS hold for pickup locations). For orders requiring signature on delivery (all orders except Fragrances) UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will go back to our warehouse in New York and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalized and or engraved pieces).
