RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your Bulgari piece purchased online for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You are required to contact out Concierge Service by calling us on +65 31582590, via live chat or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, providing us your name, address and order number. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
If you are returning or exchanging your piece, please review the following steps:
- Ensure that your return or exchange meets the conditions outlined below:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders may not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging.
- Please note that personalised, engraved and hot - stamped Items cannot be returned or exchanged. You may contact our Customer Service to return or exchange any online purchase, except products with customized engraving, embossing or Personalisation
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online. You must follow the procedures in the Terms and Conditions, which apply, to refunds. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
