On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, as well as a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
How to order:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size (if applicable; if not, skip to Step 2).
2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

Bulgari.com accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard®, Visa® and co-branded Mada cards.
When a product is out of stock, you will have the option to be notified when it is back in stock. Please click "Notify Me" on the product page. By simply inputting your email, you will receive a communication from Bulgari when the piece is back in stock.
The final amount of the purchase price of the products ordered by you (Including VAT) will be charged on your credit or debit card immediately upon submission of the order (when you click the "Place Order" button).
The amount paid may be lower if one or more items are not available at the time the order is dispatched. The charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.
All Bulgari creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. A true design masterpiece for uniquely extraordinary pieces.
All Bulgari.com orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature Bulgari card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased items.

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that belongs to one of our new or limited edition collections that has not yet been released. This means that the item can be previewed and purchased, even if it is not yet available in stock. Shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Items that are available for pre-order can easily be recognised by their "Pre-order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order.
The full list of payment methods accepted for pre-orders is available on the dedicated checkout page, shown before the order is completed.
It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.
The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting ourCustomer Service team. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchange according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Bulgari is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Bulgari may choose to open an investigation with the courier to determine the responsible party. Please contact the Customer Service team if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipping tracking information. By clicking on the tracking number sent in the email, you will be able to check the delivery status of your order.
For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages. For orders requiring signature upon delivery (all orders except fragrances), the courier will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will go back to our warehouse and your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalised and engraved pieces).

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below.
First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.

Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 3 to 5 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed, using complimentary standard shipping. You will then receive a separate email with the new order information and tracking number for the exchanged piece.
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
All returned items must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the results. It may take up to 30 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.
