RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your Bulgari piece purchased online for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. You may also return it to any of our Bulgari Sydney Store for an exchange or store credit only or by contacting our Concierge Service by phone, calling us on +61 2 8310 5867, via live chat or emailing email@example.com, giving us your name, address and order number, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
If you are returning or exchanging your piece, please review the following steps:
- Ensure that your return or exchange meets the conditions outlined below:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders may not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging.
- Please note that personalised, engraved and hot - stamped Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online. You must follow the procedures in the Terms and Conditions, which apply, to refunds. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
