RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your Bulgari piece purchased online for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by contacting our Concierge Service by phone, calling us on 080 0048 8945 (Toll Free) or +44 020 3808 5090, via live chat or emailing email@example.com, giving us your name, address and order number, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request. You may also return it to our New Bond Street Boutique for an exchange or a store credit only.
If you are returning or exchanging your piece, please review the following steps:
- Ensure that your return or exchange meets the conditions outlined below:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders may not be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt, warranty or authenticity card and be returned in original packaging
- Personalised products cannot be returned

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online. You must follow the procedures in the Terms and Conditions which apply to refunds. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
Your Bvlgari piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant of it is available.
Complete the online return form on https://www.bulgari.com/en-gb/returnsearch or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to submit your exchange request. Note that you will be able to exchange your online order only if the size or color variation of your piece is available in stock and of equal retail price. Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined above. Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2 to 3 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchange piece. Your new piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order using our complimentary express shipping.
