SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We continue to offer complimentary delivery for all online orders. You may experience slight delays in shipping as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution center. We thank you for your understanding. Our courier partner is also adapting its procedures in order to guarantee the safety of employees and our clients. For orders requiring signature on delivery, we will still collect the signature maintaining the distance and using a sticker at the door.
COLLECT IN STORE
As our Bvlgari boutiques in the United Kingdom are temporarily closed, our “Click & Collect” service is currently unavailable. We look forward to restoring this service soon.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We continue to honor our online return and exchange policy.
