What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an item that is part of our new or limited edition collections, which you are able to preview and purchase before it becomes available; this means that the item is not immediately in stock and the shipping time may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
How can I find out which items are available for pre-order?
You can easily recognize items that are available for pre-order by looking for the “PRE-ORDER” label on the product page.
What are the benefits of pre-ordering a product?
The advantage of pre-ordering an item is that you are guaranteed the size or item you want, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available in our stock. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
How can I make a payment?
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order.
Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items within one order?
It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products together with pre-order items in the same order, meaning you will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.
Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?
The terms of cancelling pre-orders are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting customer service. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchange according to the applicable return conditions. Personalized pre-ordered items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
