Modifying or cancelling

Before the shipping process has been initiated, Orders may be modified or cancelled by contacting our Customer Service team by phone at 1-800-BVLGARI (1-800-285-4274), Monday to Friday from 9AM to 9PM EST and Saturday from 10AM to 6PM EST, or by email at ca.cs@bulgari.com.

Once the shipping process has been initiated and a tracking number has been issued, orders may no longer be modified or cancelled. However, you may request a return for refund (except for personalized orders).
