3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The total amount of your order will be charged to the payment method you provided once your order is processed.
All Bulgari.com orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature Bulgari card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased pieces.
This option will be available to you during checkout.

The Pre-Order functionality allows you to secure your new or limited edition piece before it is released. This means that the item is not immediately in stock and the shipping time may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Pre-order items can easily be recognised by their "Pre-Order" label on the product grid and the product page.
By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order. No bank transfer, Bill Me Later, Klarna, Afterpay or cash on delivery will be accepted.

It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.
The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Bulgari Ambassadors. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchange according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

The following shipping options are available:

- Click & Collect in all of our Bulgari Boutiques in Canada (14 Business Days) - Complimentary for all orders
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Bulgari is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, Bulgari may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact the Client Service team if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.
No, only standard complimentary shipping is available.
All Bulgari creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. Box design might vary depending on the size of creation.
Orders above $300 require a signature upon delivery.

Your order will be available at your chosen Bulgari boutique for 14 days. Items purchased online may be returned for refund in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, with all relevant tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are not eligible for return.

To return or exchange your online order, please follow the steps below.
First make sure that your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
- If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
- Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fragrance orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must include the original sales receipt and warranty or authenticity card, as well as the original packaging
- Personalized products cannot be returned
For orders with a value under $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please review the following steps:
1. Visit this page and access your Order History page by logging into My Account to register your return, and print your complimentary return shipping label*.
2. Place the Bulgari piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, the warranty or authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
3. Deliver the package to the nearest UPS location.
For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please contact our Bulgari Ambassadors to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your returned package with our logistics partner.
If you choose to return your order on your own, we recommend shipping the returned items via insured parcel post and suggest that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the Bulgari piece.
*Bulgari will provide you with a complimentary return label as a courtesy, yet we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
You may return a Bulgari piece that you purchased online for an exchange or a refund, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
You may also return or exchange your piece for an item(s) of equal or greater value in any of our Bulgari Boutiques in Canada within the same 30 day period.

You may bring your online purchase to any of our retail stores in Canada. We would be happy to send the creation back to our warehouse on your behlaf. Once it is received and inspected, you will be refunded. Bulgari boutiques do NOT offer refunds on any products purchased online.
You may exchange your piece in any of our retail stores in Canada for an item(s) of equal or greater value within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The difference in price will be paid in store. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or higher value as well. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online.

All returns pass a quality assurance inspection. If approved, it may take up to 14 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.
