RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


You may return your Bvlgari piece purchased online for an exchange or a refund provided the Bvlgari piece is received by us within 30 calendar days from the date of original delivery to you. You may also exchange your piece in any of our Bvlgari Boutiques in Australia for an item(s) of equal or greater value within the same 30 calendar day period.


If you are returning or exchanging your piece, please review the following steps:


  1. Ensure that your return or exchange meets the conditions outlined below:
    • If your Bulgari piece has a security tag, it will NOT be returnable if the tag has been removed.
    • Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Fragrance orders may not be returned or exchanged.
    • All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging.
    • Please note that personalised, engraved and hot - stamped Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Visit www.Bulgari.com/en-au/returnsearch to register your return and the Concierge Service will email you our complimentary return shipping label.

  3. Place the Bulgari piece you wish to return in the original packaging and close securely with the provided seal. Place it in a shipping box with the completed return form and receipt. Please ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.

  4. Concierge Service will arrange a courier to collect the parcel or deliver the package to our Sydney Store on Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

  5. You may contact our Customer Service to  return or exchange any online purchase, except products with customized engraving, embossing or Personalisation

  6. EXCHANGE ONLINE
    Your Bvlgari piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant of it is available.
    Visit www.bulgari.com/en-au/returnsearch or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to see if you piece is eligible for an exchange. Note that you will be able to exchange your online order only if the size or colour variation of your piece is available in stock and of equal retail price.
    Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined below.
    Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2 to 3 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchange piece. Your new piece will be shipped using complimentary Standard Shipping method. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Bulgari boutiques do not offer refunds on any products purchased online. You must follow the procedures in the Terms and Conditions, which apply, to refunds. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided by us, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping fees.
