RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


You may exchange any online purchase without customized engraving, resizing, embossing or hot stamping by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt by you of the products:


  • by contacting our Customer Service via emailing ae_cs@Bulgari.com giving us your name, address and order number, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request; or

  • by directly visiting our stores in UAE.

All exchanges must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please note that all exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted. You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the products.



EXCHANGE THROUGH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE
When the exchange form or your statement informing us of your intention to exchange your purchase is received, we will email you a one-time return label pre-paid by us. If you exchange the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value only. If the online purchase is exchanged, you will not be charged for shipping costs related to the second shipment.



EXCHANGES THROUGH OUR BOUTIQUE
Bulgari also offers you the possibility to return your online purchase to the BVLGARI boutique in UAE for an exchange or store credit. You may return your online purchase without customized engraving or embossing and whose security tag, if any, has not been removed within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt by you or within 7 days from the day you have sent to us the Exchange Form or a declaration explicitly stating your decision to exchange your purchased product in accordance with paragraph a) above. If you exchange the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. Gift recipients shall be entitled to an exchange of equal or greater value or store credit, with an original gift receipt only. Store credits may only be redeemed at one of our retail stores and not through an online purchase.



EXCHANGE ONLINE
Your Bvlgari piece purchased online without customized engraving, resizing, embossing or hot stamping may be eligible for an exchange on Bulgari.com if a different size or color variant of it is available.
Visit www.bulgari.com/en-ae/returnsearch or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to see if you piece is eligible for an exchange. Note that you will be able to exchange your online order only if the size or color variation of your piece is available in stock and of equal retail price.
Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined below.
You will receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchange piece. Your new piece will be shipped using complimentary Standard Shipping method. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 2-3 business days.
